EQ-VTF-1600X is a large vertical box furnace designed for sintering or melting materials and for crystal growth via TSSG. The furnace has a vertical chamber with a top load and pulling equipment can be attached to the furnace easily. The furnace consists of high-quality alumina fiber brick and MoSi2 heating elements with a chamber of 13" Diameter x 10 " high and can be used up to 1700º C. The Precision digital temperature controller with 30 segments programmable is built in the furnace with +/1ºC accuracy

| Application Note |
- Warning: MoSi2 heating element is used in high temperatures under the oxidizing atmosphere, which not be used in temperatures between 400ºC and 700ºC for a long time, otherwise, the element will be cremated.
- With option Crane with Winch and Mullite Round Single Bore Tubes, you can DIY a vertical furnace with rapid heating and cooling function. ( Click Pic 1 )
- You can order a Tungsten wire or platinum tire to fabricate your sample basket to fast cooling after heating. (Molybdenum wire can not be used because of oxidation.)
- We can help you to build a pulling and rotation module for top seed solution growth of a single crystal ( click Pic 2 )
- The furnace can be modified to be one vacuum crucible furnace with a vertical quartz liner and stainless steel vacuum flange. (Click Pic 3)
