                           Pre-metered Horizontal-Dipping Process
                          
                        Such syringe pump can precisely control the volume of the solution per unit coating area been fed into the gap between the cylindrical barrier and the glass substrate.
                        Doctor-Blade (or Wire-Bar) Coating
                        Such a Syringe Pump can be used for adding a solvent at various concentrations. By using multiple syringe pumps, you can add an ingredient in a certain weight ratio to a mixed solution. Similar to the Horizontal-dipping Process, the blended organic solution is introduced into the space between the barrier and the substrate by such pumps' capillary action. The Doctor-Blade is transported horizontally at a given constant velocity, a thin solution layer is then spread and formed evenly on the substrate.
