SVC-6050 is a stainless steel vacuum chamber for storing various materials and microelectronic samples that are sensitive to air. A vacuum gauge is built in for easy monitoring of the vacuum level.

Features

- 53 liter 304 stainless steel chamber ( 16x13x14" ) provides a vacuum environment for degassing, plastics curing, chemical processing, moisture removal, and a host of other operations
- Reach vacuums to < 50 m-torr by Heavy Duty Double Stage Rotary Vane Vacuum Pump
- Double-wall stainless steel construction provides durability and safely stores corrosive chemicals and less leaking rate
- Dual needle valves allow the simple, controlled application of negative pressure and safe bleeding
- KFD25 standard vacuum port to connect a vacuum pump quickly
- One electric strip built-in chamber allows the use of electricity inside the chamber.

Vacuum & Gas Ports

- One KFD25 Adaptor is built in the chamber ( click picture left to see ) for connecting to the vacuum pump
- One Power cable Port with a dead plate for inserting some devices such as humidity detector, or heating plate into the chamber
- One pair of gas inlet & out port for gas flow
- Require a vacuum pump with KFD25 Bellow pipe, please click the pictures left to order separately

Gas Ports & Valves |
- Two stainless steel valves are built-in the front panel for controlling the gas inlet and outlet
- electric PortTwo 1/4" Swagelok female gas ports are installed in the back to connect to gasses
- Inert gas can be filled inside the chamber and keep the gas flow

Electric Ports

- One 3-pin vacuum-tight Aviation Power Connector is built inside the chamber, which allows the use of some electric devices inside the vacuum chamber
- Please order option 3 Pin Aviation Power Connector with cable for supplying power to the inside of the chamber.
