MSK-E2300B is an Automatic Battery Electrode Rolling Press System with precision digital pressure control in a compact footprint that is less than 6'x6'. It integrates tension controlled feeding and winding devices together with Pressure Controlled Electric Rolling Machine to achieve attention-free electrode rolling & pressing up to 75 meters long with the 300mm max-width. It is a perfect tool for building prototypes (e.g. pilot scale studies) of new generation rechargeable batteries to prepare electrode sheets at consistent and repeatable rolling conditions.

Attention: If a gas cylinder is used instead of an air compressor(pic2), a two-stage pressure regulator(pic1) must be installed on the gas cylinder to limit the pressure within the required working range for safe operation. Click here to learn the installation of a gas regulator.

- NRTL or CSA certification is available upon request at the extra cost
- One-year limited warranty with lifetime support
- Rusting and damage due to improper storage condition or maintenance are not covered by warranty

Application Notes
|
- Never roll materials with hardness >50HRC
- Must use acetone to clean and dry rollers' surfaces after each use to avoid rusting
- Multi-step thickness calendering needed: While calendering the sample sheet, make each calendering decrement of 0.02mm comparing to sheet original thickness.
- Roll and press the electrode sheet multiple times to condense the slurry.
- Apply antitrust if the machine were to be unused for a long period of time
- Sample testing is available upon customer's request
- Pre-installed Edge Position Controller (EPC) used for controlling the edge position of film during winding,
- It is not allowed to use any MTI product in any hazardous location, especially prohibited from using in Class I environments (flammable gasses & vapor).
