BGP-R8-D is a multi-vessel rotary mixer in the oven up to 250°C and 10 MPa pressure for high-temperature mixing, ball milling, and homogeneous hydrothermal processing with various vessels or jars from 50ml to 200ml.
(Updated from BGP-R8 with DC motor hidden inside the case to save space since June 20, 2018)

- ~ 36“ L power cable is included, but no plug. You may order a 220V / 15A plug to fit a 208 - 240V AC power
- If you would like to use at 110V AC, you have to order a 3000W ( 110V- 220V) transformer ( click Pic below right), then directly connect the transformer to a wall plug ( 20A rating, USA plug)

Rotation Mechanism
|
- A high torque 24VDC motor is located inside the case.
- Speed range: 0 - 300 RPM adjustable for standard 50ml or 100ml vessels (Max. Rotation Speed will be varied depending on the size of the vessels)
- The oven comes with 8/6/4 standard vessel clamps, customers may request clamps in different quantities or for different vessel clamping sizes.

Vessel

- The standard vessel is made of SS 304 with PTFE lining
- 8 vessels with 50 mL capacity, 3Mpa Max Pressure, or
- 6 vessels with 100 mL capacity, 3Mpa Max Pressure, or
- 4 vessels with 100 mL capacity, 3Mpa Max Pressure.

- Customized-size vessels are available upon request.
- SS316 vessel is available upon request at extra cost
- Max. working temperature: 250°C <1h, 200°C for 8-12h
- Weight: approx. 2 kg/each (empty)
