The GSL-1200X-MGI-6-H2 is a high-cleanness hydrogen furnace with a maximum temperature of 1200°C and six channels It features a stainless steel chamber insulated with thermal materials to ensure an internal cleanliness level of up to US FED STD 209E Class 100, suitable for high-throughput heat treatment in clean rooms The furnace tube has a diameter of 60mm, and each heating module is equipped with an independent temperature control system and gas inlet/outlet system It can operate under vacuum, atmospheric, hydrogen, or ambient conditions for sintering, melting, and analyzing metals, non-metals, and their compounds It has a compact footprint and low energy consumption, making it an ideal product for high-temperature sintering and quality testing in universities, research institutions, and industrial enterprises

- High cleanliness inside the furnace
- Prevent Hydrogen explosion by circulating inert gas in the insulation layer between the tube and the chamber If the furnace tube breaks while using hydrogen, the gas will escape into the interlayer
- Simultaneously process 6 samples at different temperatures
- High-purity alumina fiber chamber with alumina-coated surface to enhance heating efficiency and extend the chamber’s service life
- Dual-layer shell structure with an air-cooling system to keep the outer surface temperature from overheating
- Optional pressure sensors and electromagnetic pressure relief valves for automatic pressure regulation and overpressure relief to ensure greater safety

Sealed Flange System
|
- Six sets of 304 stainless steel water-cooled flanges

- The front flange has a KF60 clamp for easy sample loading and unloading, equipped with a mechanical pressure gauge, shut-off valve, and G1/4 gas inlet
- The rear flange has a KF25 evacuation port, gas outlet, and shut-off valve
- Each channel has an independent gas inlet and outlet, allowing for vacuum and atmosphere sintering preparation

- Optional mass flow controller gas supply system for more precise flow control

Control System

- Temperature profiles for heating, dwelling, and cooling can be set via PC
- Chamber pressure, vacuum level, and temperature can be displayed in real-time on the PC
- Software control automatic purging mode: the vacuum pump and gas supply system switch automatically with a set number of purging cycles
- Software control constant pressure sintering mode: the control system automatically adjusts gas flow to maintain a slightly positive pressure (100000pa-115000pa)
- Experimental data can be saved, recorded, downloaded
- Procedures can be saved as receipts for future usage

Overpressure Protection
|
- Standard mechanical overpressure relief valve set to open at 0.04 MPa
- Optional electronic pressure transmitter to set exhaust pressure; if exceeded, the exhaust valve opens to accelerate gas release
- Optional gas alarm to automatically cut off the gas source if high gas concentrations are detected

Suitable for treating samples in a hydrogen environment:
- Compatible with multiple combustible gases
- Compact, easy to install, and simple to operate
- Includes a current transformer that cuts off gas flow if the resistance wire is not heating
- Power: AC single-phase 220V 50/60Hz

- Two gas inlets: inert gas inlet (for gas source) and hydrogen gas inlet (for gas source), both G1/4 double ferrule connections
Optional high-flow version with customizable inlet and outlet numbers
- Gas source connection via float flowmeter (range 01-1L/min) and G1/4 double ferrule connection
- Combustible gas output from the furnace connects to the device’s combustible gas inlet (G1/4 double ferrule connection)
- Ignition Device: Resistance wire with aluminum oxide coating to slow oxidation, equipped with a current transformer to detect heating
- Ignition fault triggers automatic cut-off of gas flow and furnace contactor (interface reserved for simple furnace modification)
Optional hydrogen concentration alarm to automatically cut off gas and ignition if a high concentration is detected (interface reserved for alarm installation)
