• The vacuum chamber is made of 304 stainless steel with reinforcing rib 
• Inside vacuum chamber size:  315 mm ID × 310 mm Depth  ( ~ 12" Dia x 12" L)
• A vacuum-sealed 120 mm diameter glass window is installed on the front door for easy observation
• Silicone O-ring can be used for all vacuum seals.
• Temperature range: -15 to 150°C
• KF 25 vacuum port is built in the back to connect a mechanical vacuum pump
• The 1/4NPT ports are built-in for connecting to vacuum gauge, gas inlet, and gas outlet valves.
• LF160 port is built in the left of the chamber  for connecting to a turbopump directly

• The vacuum-sealed rocker arm is built on the right side of the chamber. 
• Two hollow copper tubes with external thread are  feedthrough the rocking flange
• Thread for connecting induction power supply: M14 x 1.5 
• • Thread for connecting induction coil: M20 x1.5 
• An induction coil is available upon request at the extra cost ( Standard coil: 90 Dia x 80 H, mm)

• Optional secondary material-adding port (KF25) to connect a manual screw feeding tank (Pic 1 -3) at an extra cost, which can feed 3 types of the dopants into crucible during melting
• The mechanical stirring function is optional (Pic. 4)
