Voltage:
    KSL-1100X-SV-RM is a compact crucible melting furnace designed for melting Li, Mg, and air-sensitive alloys in gloveboxes up to 1100ºC Max. BN stirring blade and rotating mechanism with vertical movement are included to make uniform alloys. This furnace is also excellent for preparing the alloys of lithium anode, such as Li–3Al–1Yb electrode shown in the paper.

Stirring Mechanism

  • A stirring rod made of Boron Nitrite is included to insert into the crucible by the movable rotary mechanism
  • A fibrous alumina plate is included on the top of the blade for thermal insulation
  • Rotation Speed:  0 - 500 rpm variable via a digital speed controller
  • Vertical moving distance:  5 - 200 mm manually adjustable
