The Roll to Roll Automatic Die Cutting Machine MSK-180-AMC is designed for the pouch cell electrodes including cathode and anode with the current collector tab die cutting. It can also be used for aluminum or copper metal die cutting. The roll to roll feature can achieve a precise and high-speed die cutting. The automatic collecting by the vacuum chucks and dust removel are included in the standard package. The PET conveyor enables the streamlined operation for material auto-feeding, die-cut, and final reel collection of wasted materials. Its high productivity makes it an ideal tool for pouch cell pilot line production.

- 0.5~0.8MPa compress gas is required for operation.
- Attention: If a gas cylinder is used instead of an air compressor(pic2), a two-stage pressure regulator(pic1) must be installed on the gas cylinder to limit the pressure within the required working range for safe operation. Click here to learn the installation of a gas regulator.
