MSK-AFA-EI400-UL is a CE Certified and UL inspection ready automatic and faster roll to roll coating system for battery electrode with 4 meters/minute max. coating speed )  It is perfect for prototypes of new generation rechargeable batteries. It is integrated with the functions/ features of metallic foil roll unwinding (reeling out), slurry feeder, coating blade, baking oven, and final electrode winding (reeling in) together with touch screen operation for customer's utmost convenience.

  • AC220V±10%, 50/60 Hz, three-phase
  • AC380±10%, 50/60Hz, three-phase is available upon request

Max. Power Consumption

  • 30 KW, the power for each heating chamber with 1.5 meter is around 9 kW.  
  • Each heating chamber is suggested to connect separate power input.

  • Please use Acetone to clean and dry the doctor blade, slurry feeder, and roller to avoid rusting
  • On-site Training is available for customers within the US only (Expenses will be covered by customers)
  • Test the flexibility of the coated electrode with EQ-MBT-12-LD mandrel bending tester. ( Click pic.1 below for detail.)
  • PET Film with single side Si Coating is available for Roll-to-Roll tape /slot die / Micro Gravour casting of Li-ion battery electrode slurry, ceramic, functional resin, ink, and others. Please click Pic.2 below to view the product.
