MSK-BPC-DF200 is a three-roller continuous rolling press with various speeds to form lithium-ion battery electrodes with metallic materials, such as Tiny, Copper, stainless steel, Nickel alloy, etc. Three pairs of rolls can be independently controlled under a pressure of 5T Max.

Application Note	The thickness of each pressing depends on the material thickness. The harder material shall be less press thickness. Customers shall test by themselves for the best parameters. For some material which is easy work to harden, you may need to anneal it by furnace after each rolling. Please refer to this instruction on how to calculate rolling pressure from the roller gap (reference only)
