MSK-EC-200 is a corona (also called Air plasma) treatment machine that is mainly used for the pre-processing of various cast film substrates. This device adopts a ceramic roller for discharging electrodes, it is capable of processing conductive materials such as copper foil, aluminum foil, and others. This device uses high-frequency and high-voltage electric power to generate corona discharge between the electrodes and produce low-temperature plasma, thereby modifying the polarization of the surface of the conductive foil. Such a technique can improve the adhesion of the substrate as well as the coating quality. It is widely used for materials modification, grafting, casting coating, ink printing and etc..

Safety Measures

- Built-in overload limits for the input voltage, short circuit or open circuit on output, ground, etc.
- Security alarm in case of accident/error occurs.
- Equipped with a 100 mm diameter vent port, it can be connected to the pipeline and eliminate any generated ozone gas during operation.

Gas Pressure Requirement
|
- A 0.4 - 0.6 Mpa of air force is required to raise the gap of the cleaner.

- Store in a dry environment, avoid moisture and rain.
- This equipment must be grounded during operation.
- Ozone will be generated while the equipment is running, be sure to evacuate the ozone gas.
