MSK-ESC-R2R is a bench-top electrospinning system with an automatic R2R substrate feeding and retrieving unit. The syringe pump provides a smooth and uninterrupted flow enabling uniform spinning. The high-voltage power supply delivers a 0-30 kV output voltage range with a maximum current capacity of 1 mA. Heatable vacuum bed assists in coating bake-out before collecting. Such a system provides an attendant workflow for nanofiber spinning, coating bake-out, and collecting.

Digital Syringe Pump

  • Digital syringe pump with an easy-to-use control panel screen is included for slot-die coating
  • Holds small or big syringes up to 200 mL and remembers previous settings on power-up
  • Pumping rate: 1.963μL/min with a 10  μL syringe and 294.524mL/min with a 200mL syringe
  • The  movement speed of the plunger: 15cm/min (Max) 0.0001cm/min (Min)
  • Multiple operating modes: Infuse only, Withdraw only, Infuse/Withdraw, Withdraw/Infuse, Continuation
Heatable Vacuum Bed

  • Vacuum Bed (chuck) for holding the substrate in flat with dimensions: 600mm (L) x 300mm (W)
