MSK-HTML-LD is a compact automatic liquid distributing system that can be applied to high throughput distributing of multi-channel liquids. The PLC control system with PC-Base data management allows the user to easily configure a set of programming steps and record the data. A three-axis platform with a precise metering pump can transfer different liquid sources from source to sample accurately and automatically according to the preset dosing scheme. The desktop design enclosure can accommodate 6 dosing tubes(Standard, the sample number could be customized up to 64). Once programmed, the workflow is non-stop and does not need any manual supervision. It is an excellent tool for high-throughput applications (such as LiB electrolyte pipetting workflow), without dedicated labor.
MTI has granted the patent 2019SR0892401 for the High Throughput Automatic Liquid Dispensing System MSK-HTML-L since July 2019.

- Inert Gas Tank or Air Compressor (0.5~0.8Mpa) is needed for the machine operation, please purchase separately.
- Attention: If a gas cylinder is used instead of an air compressor(pic2), a two-stage pressure regulator(pic1) must be installed on the gas cylinder to limit the pressure within the required working range for safe operation. Click here to learn the installation of a gas regulator.

Programming & Sofware
|
- PC-based data analysis software can save the dosing data of each sample tube automatically. Data can be exported in Excel format.
- HMI programming. Each step allows the user to set the pipette movement of each source and calibrate the positioning of the sample tube racks.
- The recipe maker allows the user to easily edit, store, and upload a protocol.
