MSK-T-13 is a compact electric ring cutter, which is designed for cutting the ring from lithium foil to fit MTI Three-Electrode Split Test Cell.  It also can cut round disc and rectangular type sheets from Li, Al, and copper foil with an optional cutting die.   T-13 cutter is driven by DC motor and compatible with Ar gas environmental. , it is compact enough to be put into a glovebox through its Antechamber
