VTF-1200X-LPE is a 5-zone LPE（ Liquid Phase Epitaxy）system for growing YIG thick film. The system consists of five heating zones verticle furnaces with a chamber of 6" Diameter up to 1200º C. The Precision digital temperature controller with 24 programmable segments is built in the furnace with +/- 0.1ºC accuracy, precision, pulling, and rotation mechanism with a speed range from 0.1 - 50 mm/hour.
