VTF-1200X-TSSG is a top seed solution growth (TSSG) furnace for growing various single crystals via flux solution. The furnace consists of high-quality alumina fiber brick with a chamber of 9.5" Diameter x 8.6 " high and can be used up to 1200º C. The Precision digital temperature controller with 30 segments programmable is built in the furnace with +/- 0.1ºC accuracy, as well as precision, pulling, and rotation mechanism with a speed range from 0.1 - 50 mm/hour.

- High-purity alumina fiber insulation and liner for max. energy saving

- The furnace is slidable on the frame for easy sample loading and unloading
- Quartz window is available upon request
