Configuration:
YLJ-CIP-20B is a compact cold isostatic press (CIP).  It has a 30mm dia. x110mm pressure vessel made by ultra-strength alloy, which can provide isostatic hydraulic pressure up to 330 MPa via a 24T manual hydraulic press.  It is an excellent tool for the material research lab to prepare high-density compound samples at ease, especially to prepare 1" Dia. the target for PLD.  YLJ-CIP-20B has a small footprint, can be placed in a glove-box to prepare air-sensitive materials. A plastic protection cover is included.

Application Notes
  • You may use the liquid rubber to seal the sample to be CIP ( click Pic below to order ). Check this link to understand liquid rubber for sample preparation.  ( Pic. 1)
  • Also, you may use a chamber vacuum sealer to seal the sample before CIP ( Pic. 2)
  • In order to get a high density of the sample,  you shall press pre-pressing a pellet, then CIP ( Pic. 3)
