Graphene can be grown by chemical vapor deposition (CVD). After CVD, the graphene must be transferred from the metal catalyst to another substrate for most applications. EQ-GTT-LD is a one-sided thermal graphene transfer tape. The package includes 5 pieces. The thermal release tape is designed for the graphene transferring. By using graphene transfer tape, the residue can be low. SPECIFICATIONS:

Steps
|
- Peel off the protective layer from the thermal release tape
- Put the adhesive layer of the tape on top of the layer of graphene
- Apply firm pressure to the tape with a rubber roll or a spatula

Application Notes
|
- Low-residue Graphene by using thermal release tape
- It is difficult to obtain continuous coverage. If continuous coverage is required,please consider using PMMA.
- The metal catalyst should then be etched away.
- The adhesion of the surface of the target substrate to graphene plays an important role in successful graphene transfer.
- The substrate becomes very hydrophilic when the plasma treatments have been done properly.
- The tape with graphene should be pressed firmly to the substrate.
